Production Process
Hot-dip galvanizing involves immersion in molten zinc at high temperatures (≈500℃), while electro-galvanizing occurs at room temperature through electroplating.
Surface Characteristics
While electro-galvanized steel has a smoother surface, hot-dip galvanized S280GD+AZ offers better coating adhesion and is suitable for applications requiring one-sided coating.
